    I can't seem to get microsoft store to process purchases even though it has all the correct...


    When trying to purchase a game such as even the xbox game pass. I gett a screen that reads "Try again later Something happened on our end." But i can Minecraft through their app and through my account? When i go to install it. It doesn't give me the license to the game. Something that should be incredibly simple has turned into a nightmare.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I apologize for the trouble. I just want to clarify, you purchased Minecraft through Minecraft.net, and now that you wanted to install the game it is asking you to purchase the game again?

    If that's correct, may I ask what Minecraft game you purchased? Is it Minecraft for Windows or Minecraft Java Edition?

    Thanks for the reply. It seems rather an absurd answer though as there are thousands of people in Thailand that play on XBox. I have a Microsoft account that has all of he correct address details for my home in Thailand and that also has my Thai credit card activated with it.

    I have purhcased games via the XBox game store/Microsfot game store using my Thai address and credit card, so I am siorry but this can't be correct!

    The credits are one thing, but I don't even have the game yet! As stated, it's been "In Process" for the past week without resolution. XBox Live says they can't do anything because it was purchased through the Microsoft Store, and Microsoft Store has been
    entirely unhelpful, unresponsive, and failing to provide any answers or actual assistance.

    Once again, I have contacted the Microsoft Store NUMEROUS TIMES.

    I own Dantes Inferno digitally on the 360 but it doesn't show as ready to install on xbox one

    I can't install it from the store. It tries to charge me £14.99

    The store seems to think I don't own the game even though it's in my purchase history.

    I've checked the store on the xbox website and that thinks I don't own it as well.
