    G'day,

    What type of XBox? 360,OG,S or X?

    Does it turn on and get to the dashboard?

    Is it connected to the TV or thru a receiver?

    Is it wired to your gateway (router) or are you using wireless (wifi)?

    Are there any other devices connected to the gateway that connect to WWW and they work correctly?

    Without more info it's hard to advise you to the best solution for your problem.
