As mentioned in your previous post at (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/a0a9a6f3-5a2d-495a-9d90-9e9d0a5f58c0), your billable accounts are not being correctly reported
for your deposit, which is preventing that process from completing. This is a server-side issue, and not a problem with your user input. What is occurring is that our deposit process is attempting to ask the database to complete a deposit into your billable
account, and asking which billable account you have designated as the intended recipient for this deposit. The database then gives our deposit a blank look and provides our deposit process billable accounts with none of them specifically designated as you
deposit account. Rather than accidentally deposit into the wrong account, the process then aborts. As mentioned, we are currently awaiting a fix for this issue from another team. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We will investigate why your previous purchases are not being checked correctly. However, this should not cause an issue with any new purchases you make for the offer. If you encounter any issues with your new purchases, let us know.

I've also not been getting credit for the daily 50 point achievements....its like all of a sudden nothing tracks and gives me rewards

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
