    So i looked at my privacy settings and I cant find where i can change it.

    Privacy Settings

    After a big update (November 13) I cant even get access to my privacy settings on Xbox One. It permanently writes: "There is a problem with the servise. Please try again".

    My console is a Home console, there is only my adault account, no family or children accounts.

    My privacy settings is custom, not default.

    I can get access to them throught the web site. But when I try to change settings the site doesnt want to save them.

    Also I have Xbox 360 and it seems fine with privacy settins on it - I can get access to them, change and save them normaly.

    Just another word: I can normaly purschase games via my credit card, play it an so on. I cant only get access to privacy options on my Xbox One.

    P.S. Sorry for my english.

    Hi there,

    what happens if you try to change the privacy settings via
    http://account.xbox.com/settings

    Keep in mind that if your account is a child account the parental account is the one that can sign in and change the settings for your account.

    When settings have changed via that link be sure to sign out and back in again on the console to be sure the new settings are applied.

    Hello FreddieSeal!

    Does any other setting give you the support page?

    If it goes to the support site, or says that there is some kind of error when you try to go to that setting, you might want to try powercycling the console as shown on this page here at

    How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console

    Let me know how these troubleshooting steps helped with the resolution of your issue.

    I believe this is for Xbox whereas in on Pc in the Xbox app and it sends me to the support page and im also the adult on the accout
