    I can't seem to be able to play xbox cloud gaming even though i have renewed my subscription


    I am having trouble with xbox cloud gaming even though i renewed my subscription and yet it seems every time i try to launch a game for instance Need For Speed Heat it automatically disconnects me from the session

    i'm using a chromebook for the browser option i also tried it for the app and got the same result

    As per the error that you're getting it looks like there is an issue however there is no update on the support page or the Xbox service alter page.

    May I ask when was the last time that you were able to use cloud gaming without any issues?
