I can't see the Game

Discus and support I can't see the Game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi I have xbox one and I downloaded the game from Games with Gold last week. but still I couldn't see the game on my download queue or anywhere....     I have xbox one and I downloaded the game from Games with Gold last week. but still I couldn't see the game on my download queue or anywhere. Please help

    Can't see!

    my Xbox one dose not work on the screen of the tv and I disconnected the Xbox several times and it hasn't worked I can't see what code it is because the screen is all black it all started when I was watching a movie it was working perfectly and when the
    movie was over I wanted to play a game so I pull out the movie disc and once I did it the screen went black! So I'm asking for your help please...

    I can't see the Game

    Hi, me and my friend have same problem. We bought Gears of war 2 for free. On Marketplace we see, "Already purchased" but we can not find this game in Xbox One. Other 360 games works okay.

    Found You a way to solve this problem?

    No Unfortunetely I cant solve it. I chat with Customer service for 1 hour and nothing.

    You could also search for the game in the windows store. If it is purchased already you should get a download button instead of a buy button.

    You should be able to download your game from the Microsoft Store app.

    Go to the app and click this arrow icon

    And you will have a list of all purchased software that can be downloaded.
