I can't see my PC game pass abonnement in my Windows Account, so I can't cancel my subscription

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you want to cancel your PC Game Pass subscription.

First, kindly make sure that you are logged in using the Microsoft account where you have the active subscription.

To cancel or turn off recurring billing and to check refund eligibility from your mobile or desktop browser: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase your subscription. It's important to use that account.

Find your subscription and select Manage.

Note that if you see Turn on recurring billing instead of a link that says Manage, this means your subscription is already set to expire on the date shown and you won't be charged after this date. You can continue to use the subscription's benefits until it expires.

Select Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.

Note that if you're eligible for a refund, you'll see an option to cancel immediately with a refund.

I'm signed in with the correct account. I can see my past subscriptions and payments, but I still can't see the current subscription. When I view it in the xbox app on my PC it says it's set to auto renew, but when I click the manage button the renewal doesn't show up in my active subscriptions. Will removing my payment options from my account prevent it from renewing if I can't cancel it the normal way?

Far as I know, you can't gift Game Pass Ultimate if bought through Microsoft as it's a subscription so it gets applied to your account. Check the Subscriptions part of your account and see if it's showing there...if so, you'd need to cancel and, hopefully, there's a refund button
