I cant see my friends online with my main account (Windows 10)

I can join other host and I can invite my friends to dedicated server that I set up on Windows 10 with my second account but when I look for server on my Xbox 1 with my main account I never see the server that I made on the server list on ark

same problem is happening with me and i’m from quebec lol. i have no friends cant see my online status cant even access my online account information on the app or on my console !

Hello, and thank you for responding, I probably forget to mention that I play only on Windows 10 and I do not have Xbox. I do appear online on my profil on Windows 10, but none of my friends can see me online, they cannot join me ingame or
chat for exemple.

I've logged in and can alter the Windows 10 Online Safety settings on the alt account, but cannot alter settings on my primary.

When I highlight my main profile, the mouse icon changes to a "no entry" icon and I cannot switch to look at look at those settings.

Logging back in with my primary, I still can't alter the Windows 10 settings or switch to the other account.

I have attempted logging in again.

- I still cannot alter the windows 10 settings on my main account.

- I have tried altering my status in the Microsoft family settings, but cannot as it lists me as an Organizer and does not let me change this from my main or alt. account.

- I have created a completely new profile in the meantime, with no form of verification, that has allowed me to go in and alter the Windows 10 settings with no issues straight away.

I have no error codes or messages that provide any indication what the issue is, but effectively all my xbox account is doing is telling me who is online but does not allow any interaction.

I cannot invite or join friends, I cannot play in online modes, I cannot access most online content in Microsoft games because i do not have the "privileges"

Do you have any alternative suggestions, other than try again later?
