I can't see a movie that I bought

Hi! Few hours ago I bought a movie in the Xbox media center (Avengers Infinity War), this is the first time I bought a movie in this way. I had 2 problems, the first one is that the payment in my bank account appears two times, and the second problem is
that doesn't let me play the movie (appears code c101a3ff). I tried to contact support in xbox since two hours ago and none is in the chat and still waiting for the call. I don't know what to do. I would appreciate if someone could help me.

i received this code after spending 14.99 on a movie. and now i can't watch it? i try to go to my movies that i have bought previously and can't access those either. ..... come on

 

I bought a movie, no sound

I bought a movie from XBox, it plays, but no sound. I get sound on everything else whether it be netflix, music, background sounds, etc. The preview for the movie even has sound. But every time I play the movie, silence. This is my first time using XBox's
video service so I have no idea if it has something to do with this particular movie or not.

 

You need to try again contacting xbox official support. They are the ones that can help you.

About the duplicate payment, since is a billing issue, only on the xbox support, they only can refund the duplicate payment.
