I can't sart any games on my system

Are you receiving any sort of error codes or messages when you attempt to launch a game?

Does this only happen with Xbox One games or is this backwards compatible games as well?

Do apps produce the same results? How about physical media?

If you can provide us with these additional details about this, we should be able to provide for you the appropriate troubleshooting techniques, if any are available, to assist you with resolving this.

It might be worth using a
power cycle on your console to see if this helps.

yep iv sarted realy getting in to this game class

I did that but when I try to sart a game(Cd). It keeps on asking me "who are you" It seems I should create a profile first but I can't do it offline. Is tgere a way to create offline profile?? 😓😓

It sarted in 2002 with BF1942. Since, I have played them all.

Hey Sart, the Gamertag system is actually shared across both platforms. Rather than trying to create a new GT with that Live ID, have you instead tried recovering your Gamertag onto the console?
