    My xbox turned off now, so that can't be the problem. As for the second reason, I only have one account, so that's not the problem either.

    Their could be a couple of reasons

    Make sure youre signed into the account that has the actual game pass and make sure your account isnt signed on, on your xbox

    If youre getting game pass by system link (game share) the only way to play the XGP is to be signed on the account that is actually paying for the game pass on PC

    Using the same XBOX Game Pass subscription on two PCs

    I have about 6 PCs and I am using the same game pass on all the PCs and also on iPad and iPhone. Of course, I can only play one PC at a time. I cannot have two games running on two different computers at the same time.

    All Game Pass (basic and ultimate or any other plan) works on multiple PCs.
