I can't renew my Xbox Live Gold subscription

Hello.

I'm trying to renew my Xbox Live Gold subscription but I can't find a way to do so. When I go to account.microsoft.com to try to renew it, I get this message:

"Try that again

Something happened on our end, and we can't show all the data at the moment. Waiting a bit might help."

I tried on another computer and got the same message.

I then tried to renew via console and got this message:

"Try again later

Sorry, there's something temporarily wrong with this page. While we fix the problem you may try going to
https://account.microsoft.com"

Yet, when I check the Xbox Live Service Status, everything is running normally. So is there something wrong with the renewal service? Or is it just my household?

Wait so you get 2 free games every month even if you stop paying for Gold??

Yeah, unless something has changed recently, you get to keep your Xbox 360 gold games.

But the Xbox One gold games you need to have an active subscription.

What happens to my Games with Gold games if I cancel my Xbox Live Gold subscription?

On Xbox One, you’ll no longer be able to access your Games with Gold titles if you cancel your subscription. However, if you decide to renew your subscription at any time, you’ll be able to access and play your previously redeemed Games with Gold titles again.

On Xbox 360, any Games with Gold titles that you redeem as an Xbox Live Gold member are yours to keep, regardless of whether you continue your subscription.Click to expand...

I renewed my gold Xbox live subscription today. But I still can't play online. It tells me that I have to renew subscription whereas in my subscription menu it's written that I actually have a subscription.

Can someone please help me?

Heya, what you will want to do in this case is reach out to the

if u can't turn off ur auto renewal just check whether an outstanding amt is not pending if everything is fine contact support..

It should not try and renew once the auto renew is turned off.

Seems to be Xbox Music related. It messed up my Xbox Live Gold membership. I was only able to start a new free trial, and cannot start or renew my yearly subscription to Xbox Live Gold.
