    Cannot rendeem FIFA 14 code

    HI,

    I just bought FIFA 14 for XBOX 360, in it there was a rendeem code for getting 4 gold FUT's packages.

    When i try to rendeem the code it give me the following error message:

    An error occurred while completing this operation

    What can i do?

    If you check your console and
    account     does your region match in both locations?

    To be sure, are you able to redeem that code on
    Xbox.com    ?

    Being on gold membership on the Xbox One but silver on the 360.

    everything shorter 1m is considered a Gold Trial and will not Show as Gold on your account, not providing Access to Gold only Features.

    These codes are intended to work with what they are bundled, but sometimes they can be used on different games or apps to it seems. if you have active Gold it would work on both consoles, as you are using the same gamertag
