I cant remove unnecessary accounts from my PC

Hello! I'm having problem with unnecessary accounts on my PC.

I'm about to login Xbox and it forced me to use the account that I don't want, so I did try to change account but got error.

I head to Setting → Accounts → Email & accounts and remove those unnecessary accounts, it did disappeared but those accounts will getting back again if I change setting page and click back to "Email & accounts"

I need help for this, thank you

Let me see if I can provide some resources to assist

You can find our main support article for adding and removing accounts with this link: Add and Remove Accounts | Windows Support
The primary thing to note is ensure that the accounts you're attempting to remove do not exist in any of the other settings as well
- Other Users, In the Apps, etc.
After the accounts are removed, you can Repair and Reset the Xbox and Gaming services app to attempt to clear out the cache and reflect the changes if needed
- Open the Settings app on your computer and go to Apps, then find the Xbox app.
- Next, click Advanced Options, then scroll down the list and click Repair (let it repair) then click Reset (let it reset)
- Now repeat for Gaming Services and the Microsoft Store.

cant remove my credit card from my account but theres an error

I cant remove my expired debit card from my xbox account because of pending charges. Everything on my billing history is complete, i have turned off auto renewal for both xbox live gold and EA access and I've done the same for a related account. I removed
the debit card from the related account and added a new debit card but i cant do the same for my account

If you have a gold membership attached to your account you won't be able to remove the card. You can also check to see which charges are pending at https://account.microsoft.com. Beyond that, as was mentioned before you can call phone support for more
assistance. 1-800-469-9269 in North America.

im on a secondary account on a family and i just moved my account from my old hardrive to a new one and now i cant go on line cause im not with my family and i cant remove my self and i have the new xbox so i cant put my old hardrive in so i cant get to
