I cant remove my debit card from my account

Well forgive me but im a little mad at the fact that xbox is charging a debit card with no money in the account without my permission, and i cant even remove the debit card. I want to simple remove the fricken thing, I cant even add a gold code i have to
renew my membership because my account has been suspended since a payment went through when there is no money on my debit card

I cant remove my expired debit card from my xbox account because of pending charges. Everything on my billing history is complete, i have turned off auto renewal for both xbox live gold and EA access and I've done the same for a related account. I removed
the debit card from the related account and added a new debit card but i cant do the same for my account

If you have a gold membership attached to your account you won't be able to remove the card. You can also check to see which charges are pending at https://account.microsoft.com. Beyond that, as was mentioned before you can call phone support for more
assistance. 1-800-469-9269 in North America.

i have the same problem cant add my debit card! i removed it then tried to re-add it and now it says it cant authorize it!

Yeah so this is an old thread but google led me here when I asked so here we are. I raged for a moment at first but all you have to do is turn off automatic renewal before trying to remove your card. That automatic renewal page is linked on the first page
of this thread, a few posts down. Takes less than two minutes once you see how it works.
