I can't remember my password to sign in to my account

Hi there, I was trying to sign into my microsoft account Minecraft PS4 Edition (BedRock Edition) but I can't remember the email and password because I had set the account up about a year and a half ago, I do remember the username I had for the account though.

I have done that changes the password but when I go in to play a game r anything it will come up put in password again and keep coming up the same thing..

Basically, when we first set up my account we used an email address that my dad created purely for the xbox account, but now we can't access the account because it has recently decided to ask to to sign in with the email or else I can't get online but my
dad doesnt remember the password, and he can't remember enough details to successfully fill out the recovery questionnaire. I've tried several different methods but none have worked.
