I can't remember my Minecraft microsoft email, but remember my xbox GamerTag.

My work email and game email are different, I can't remember my Minecraft Microsoft email, but remember my xbox GamerTag, minecraft and xbox uses the same email and I'm still logged on on this email on the xbox windows app, I recently lost a hard drive to malfunctions and lost the notepad file containing the log in information, how should I proceed?

I was able to remember the email by the saved accounts on my browser, since both passwords are equal I was able to regain access

We need to locate the email address in order to recover your account by performing some basic troubleshooting steps, here's how:

If I may ask, is your Microsoft account that is associated with your Minecraft currently signed in on an Xbox One or Xbox 360 console?

If not,

Go to xbox.com and try signing in with the email address that you think is associated with your Microsoft account.

If you can sign in, the email address and password you entered are valid. The gamertag that’s associated with this email address will be displayed in the upper-right corner of the screen.

If you can’t sign in, check your other email inboxes for messages about your Xbox subscription or Xbox offers. This may help you determine which email address is associated with your Xbox profile.

Note: Think back to when you created your Microsoft account. Were you using a different internet service provider for email at the time?

Update: I somehow recover an email that used in my phone and got access to it but it not really a same account for my Minecraft account

I do remember my info on my Gamertag and such but I do not remember when I migrate an account to Microsoft which email I used

The forms asks for the email of the microsoft account I'm trying to recover, but the thing is I don't remember it. Recently, I found the Xbox Gamertag associated with the email. So, all the pieces of information I have are my Minecraft and Mojang account information, and the Gamertag of the microsoft account. The issue is that I don't know the email address of the microsoft account.
