I cant reinstall minecraft windows 10 edition on my new computer

As you can see I have Minecraft installed on my old computer

but when I go to the Microsoft Store installed tab it does not appear

To be clear I have purchased Minecraft Windows 10 edition on the Microsoft store 2 years ago and nothing has changed in that time and I hope somebody can help me with this issue

even thos the game is digital the game cant be tranfered to other pc's ... you have to buy the game on the actual platform

That's not true.

My Forza Horizon 3 and my Gears 4 games which were both purchased from the Windows Store on my
old PC have been re-downloaded to my newly self-built gaming PC. You don't have to buy games again from the Store. Once something is purchased it is linked to your account not your device.

@Andrew Polyakov: Are you sure you're signed in to the correct account on your PC? Looking at the second image it doesn't look you are.

When you go into the store does it show that you need to repurchase it?

If so you will want to check your order history at account.microsoft.com and make sure that the game was not refunded for some reason.

on my computer i made a UI for minecraft i was able to use it in Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition i just need to access global resources in the settings i am unable to access it in my xbox but able to access on my computer
