I bought Xbox one pad for playing Monster hunter world in steam but I can't registerd my pad to microsoft

to get warranty, I want to register my pad to microsoft

I cant log in on my xbox because my parental email apparently doesn't exist and i don't know the password

I just got a new password on my I pad but I can't sign into my xbox account on someone else's xbox

Media Remote and Xbox One

Still any possibility to a new Xbox One media remote that has numbers? The new one has no number pad, so i can't use it to change channels.

The accessory devices do not have specific registration on your Microsoft Account. You can only register Xbox Consoles and Kinects to your account.

I also wanted to add that any Xbox accessory has a 90 day warranty from date of purchase. It's best to just hang on to the receipt as proof of purchase just in case.

the controllers are so bad im on my 5th , the xbox 360 pads are much better I had the same pad for one year . im really thinking about trading in my xbox one for a ps4 . Microsoft need to do something about this , maybe bring out a 360 pad that works for
the xbox one . I know this will never happen but It would be better because xbox one pad has poor design in the thumb stick SORT THIS OUT NOW I cant afford a new pad every week I do want to buy new games but yhats all I seam to be buying is *** control PADS
