Discus and support I can't refund a game HELP!!!! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi, today i bought a game called Vigor. I played around 1 hour and i got bored really quickly.     I can't refund a game HELP!!!!


    Hi, today i bought a game called Vigor. I played around 1 hour and i got bored really quickly.

    When i wanted to refund the game i couldn't refund it.

    Like the previous comment said, all digital purchases are final. You can not get a refund for a digitally purchased game unless the content in the game was misinformed or other issues.

    Hi,

    if you cannot refund a game at account.microsoft.com then it's been played over two hours, if the game is unplayable like a game breaking bug you can contact tech support in regards to this as they may allow the refund.

    You would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    You can log into your Microsoft account on the website and navigate to recent purchases and select to get help with the order or you can visit Contact Us | Xbox Support and
    open an online support chat with the Xbox support team to request the refund. Please note purchases on the Xbox Store are final but you may qualify for a once-off refund.
