I can't redeemed my points phone number is broke plss fix it immediately

But there is nothing to fix from Microsoft if your phone number is broke.

Is there noone in your family or a friend who can help you with their phone ?

Thanks for your reply and for trying to help, but i have tried everything you have said above already.

I can't go past this step. I am now being stuck at the point where you have to verify you are a human and i do the puzzle and it states i am verified but wont let me go to the next step to receive the code to my phone to enter in the phone number to only be told i can't use that number or when i enter my partners number it states there is a problem.

I physically can not add the alias phone number, mine or my partners due to the alias system being faulty.

There is a fault on MS system and no one at support are passing this info on to MS to get them to fix it.

My only primary alias is my email address and there is no option to chose a phone number.

i wont even go and buy a new phone line as telephone companies reuse old phone number so if someone else has used that number the phone option will never work.

I had to get a code sent to my phone before all of this to verify my account every time i logged in, but had to delete that and use the authy app instead so i have absolutely no idea why it would not have already had my phone number previously.

I have been able to redeem rewards all year up to this point where MS have changed their system and now users can not redeem rewards. it is rendering their services absolutely useless.
