Discus and support I can't redeem the cupped code card because only have 10 numbers in the code in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; please bought a card of the cuphead game and I cant put in the console because only have 10 numbers in the code and supposes to be 25...     What makes Xbox Live worth it?

    Like shark said, you'll need it for demos, multiplayer, deals, and special online functions. What makes it unique is its a major part of the experience for pretty cheap. Its only 50 dollars a year. If you get the card then just redeem it using the code on the card when asked if you have any codes by the xbox one console while registering for Xbox Live. Hopefully that makes sense.

    Bizarre Xbox live / game receipt problem

    Bought an Xbox live code for my sons for Christmas from Game via my debit card and it came as a text code on a basic receipt. Dopy dick here then lost the receipt before redeeming the code. Will Game be able to trace/link the purchase to the code via my debit card? Obviously the coffee isn't redeemed so not like I'm blagging anything? Lol

    You would need to contact the retailer the code was purchased from to see about getting a replacement code.

    Can't post the 25 digit code because the copy of the card I have the code has not been scratched so it can't be seen, the card has not been used according to Microsoft who ran the long number under the bar code on the card, just need a replacement.

    If the card has a 25 character pin number, then you should be able to redeem the code on https://redeem.microsoft.com/ or by using the redeem code options on the Microsoft store on Windows 10 & Xbox One, as well as the Xbox app on iOS and Android.

    If the card has less than 25 characters, then check the instructions that came with your code, it should state how to redeem it.
