    I cant redeem my Xbox Live code!!!


    It seems that whenever I try and redeem my 3 month Xbox Live code directly from Microsoft's Amazon account, It wont work! I paid £17 for it not to work. It seems to be because my Xbox Live is tied into Xbox Gamepass Ultimate but it has already ended my
    subscription to it so I am not sure whats going on!



    When I try redeeming my code, it says "You already own this" and there are 2 options, "cancel" and "Fix now" and yet I go to fix now and it sends me to my subscription page where my Xbox live is allegedly cancelled and I click to get a new subscription and
    it goes in an endless loop.

    It is very annoying and all I ask is if there is a solution, if so what is it ,and if worst comes to and if there isn't a way of getting xbox live, are there refunds?
