    Hello Please help me can I request another code as I was putting my live redeem code which was already paid then as I already put in the numbers; it worked but as I was about to click I accept terms and conditions of my 12month live which gave me 1 month
    more free my power went off then my Electricity went off also shutting off my Xbox console and as my power came back on while I put in the same code it had said your code is damage please contact Xbox service it said it happened on Saturday 19dec please help
    me thank you! Ps my code was damaged in xbox not while scrapping it off.

    Those codes can't be stacked

    It can only be used on never before subscribed accounts

    Keep in mind it's better to skip it and use the 1 dollar a month deal

    If you use that code you can't redeem the 1month deal

    I have bought a Xbox live code and when go to redeem it it just says to sign up for Xbox live and I can’t write in the code please help me I spent money on the code (Xbox 360)
    the Xbox 360 calls the Microsoft account a Xbox live account.

    you need to log in with a Microsoft account before you can redeem your code.

    You can create a account and redeem it from the Xbox home page.

    Let me reassure you, your Xbox can not get a virus. The console's operating system is locked down and can only be updated by official Microsoft updates that have been digitally signed. Xbox Live's cloud service is protected, you can't get a virus from it.

    Xbox Live codes are verified by Microsoft when you enter them either into the console itself or via the Xbox website. If a code doesn't work or says it has already been redeemed, you need to contact the retailer directly. Xbox codes can not damage your console or your account.
