I cant redeem my Java and Bedrock edition for PC gift card, please help

In this case the best option is exchange it for a new one (you may need to go to the closest Walmart)

I have double checked, and I purchased the code from Walmart, it is physical. here is a screen shot.

I've used two accounts, and still got the same message, and I've also double checked everything it doesn't work. I tried again just now and it didn't work.

What about using a different account to verify if the code works?

Also, this can be a bit dumb but. Your physical location and Microsoft account region are the same?

Is this a physical code? If yes, where did you purchased it?
Or if it's a digital code, where did you purchased it?

Also, in case you have a different email address, can you double check if the same error appears?
(Unless you press "confirm" the code isn't going to be redeemed in the account, when you press "next" is just to validate the code)
