I can't redeem my achievement code?

Hi, I used my Day One Achievement code and it said "congratulations" but I can't find the achievement in anywhere on my account. I tried to put the code again, but it said it was already redeemed.

First, please check if there's any know outage in your area:

If everything is up and running, try redeeming your code using a different browser. This is to isolate if your issue is related to device cache. You may use Microsoft Edge and InPrivate browser.

If it's still not working, try a different device such as your smartphone and use mobile data to determine if it's also related to your internet connection.

If you've tried all possible troubleshooting steps and you're still getting the error message, this means that the issue is coming from your Microsoft account. I would recommend that you contact Microsoft support for your account to be checked further. You may use these steps as your guide:

1-Access the Microsoft contact us at this link.

2-Click on Windows and then click on "Get Home support"

So when I got the achievement on 12/27 I didn't because it wasn't day one? I got a xbox one for christmas opened it up and there was a redeemable code for the achievement and I received the achievement when I redeemed the code. Of all the people on true
achievements to have redeemed the code the most recent was july 25th to have it unlocked.

It was a redemption code for a specific code, and I see that I have redeemed it on my microsoft account, but I can't redeem it on my xbox, I can't find it there either?

So the URL you gave is how I actually redeemed my game, but where I should I find it on my xbox then?

Hello, i got my code in my xbox messaging app and was going to redeem it last week but the message with the codes seem to have disappeared. i can't find the message with the code to redeem the game.
