    I need help as I can't redeem my 3200 Microsoft Points card.

    Can't Redeem Microsoft points I can't redeem my 3200 Microsoft Points :mad:

    I bought 3200 microsoft points (two 1600 microsoft point cards) and it's not letting me redeem them. On xbox I get a status error and on the xbox.com I get "An error has occured" anyone please help me. I hate to think I just wasted my paycheck :/

    i've purchased 3200 xbox live points years ago, and never redeem them.

    Im having the same issue with my 109.000 points it pops up when i submit my order problem with account or order

    Can you please explain where you get those cards from?

    XBOS 1005 might hint at a problem with the region of the points card and the country your account is in.

    I can't download my profile.

    um yeah i had 3200 ms points and 72,000 gamerscore.... did the same thing and microsoft is gonna hear it if its lost

    Does anyone use Bing to get MSP?

    I've racked up just a bit over 3200 points so far. Just search for wooki, snooki, dooki, etc. 12 times a day.

    It took forever to get the points when it first started, but they've been taking about 24 hours the last few times I went to redeem.
