    I can't redeem Gears of War promotion codes for GOW1 and GOW3


    I recently bought the Xbox One S Gears of War 4 promotional bundle. This comes with promo codes for GOW 1 through 3 + Judgement.

    While the GOW 2 and Judgement codes worked the first time, I have not been able to obtain GOW1 and GOW3. There is no error code, it just says "Something went wrong".

    I'll send you the failing codes if you request them ( a help agent from Microsoft support suggested not posting them yet since this is a public forum)

    The codes that worked are:

    GOW2:

    9VNC3-JQ2RW-HKJFF-FJV29-4JQH4

    GOW Judgement:

    HRJPB-FNTG7-RVQBD-HRHJP-YKKV4

    I live in the US and have no outstanding debts in my account.

    could you please send me replacement codes?

    I purchased Gears of War (GOW) Ultimate Edition and GOW4 for Xbox One for download and received redeem codes for GOW1, and GOW2. Should I have also
    received a redeem code for GOW3? If so, please send a redeem code for GOW3. Thanks!

    GOW Redeem code in XboxOne doesn't work

    I just bought the GOW4 and it come with a set of Redeem code of GOW1, 2, 3 & Judgment. But I can't redeem my GOW1 and GOW3. GOW2 and Judgment are work fine that can install successfully. Is it your system have issue or the code have issue? Please help.

    Please don't post codes on the forums even if they are working.

    Since you purchased them from a physical bundle, you would need to contact support for an exchange.

    Gow: ultimate edition gears 2 missing

    EDIT!!:

    Gears of War 1 AND 2 are the games effected. I recieved codes for all the previous games (gow1, gow2, gow3 and gowjudgement). Ive entered the codes for all 4 games but only the last 2 games are available to install.
