    I can't redeem codes in xbox store since todays update. 8/23


    Since the 8/19 xbox one update my elite controller won't stay synced . I can turn on the Xbox one and after it loads up the controller don't work so I have to sync it. Today 8/23 xbox one had a smaller update and the same problem with the controller but
    things got worse now after syncing and playing a game for a bit it quits working and has to be resynced and today I tried to redeem my madden pre-order code in the store and when I click redeem code then choose 25 character before I can enter one letter on
    the code the screen goes grey and error comes up something went wrong on our side try again later then say "svc-invalid order ...." or something like that . Will I need to wait for another xbox update before I can use my elite controller without problems and
    before I can redeem any codes on xbox?

    Cant update store,EA and others

    same here. Can't redeem codes because store needs to update but all I get is this message.

    I havnt received my fallout 3 code

    It's been 23 calendar days since I bought fallout 4 from the Xbox store. just wondering where my code is?

    Still the same problem today , guess I'll go to gamestop and switch my pre-orders from xbox to ps4 so I can redeem my codes.

    redeeming your code online     yet? If not, please try that and let us know if you continue to experience issues. I can't redeem codes in xbox store since todays update. 8/23 :)

    Hey there!

    Did you try redeeming the code on your Xbox One console or via Xbox.com? Could you try using the one you haven't yet? Try replacing the # symbols in this link with your code and see if that works:

    https://account.xbox.com/PaymentAndBilling/RedeemCode?doRedeem=0&token=#####-#####-#####-#####-#####

    Also, I notice that you purchased your code from Amazon's German store. What region are you physically located in and what region is your Xbox Live account set to? This may make a difference on ability to redeem a code if they don't match appropriate.

    If none of that works, could you send me your code via Xbox Live messages so I can take a look at it?
