    I can't redeem a Fortnite xbox code.


    When i type the code, it says: "Check the instructions provided with your code. You may need to use it on anotehr web page or device, or you may not be authorized to use this code." What could be the problem? Thank you.

    Was it an Xbox code (25 characters) you redeemed or was it a Fortnite code?

    If it was a Fortnite code you may need to check with their support.

    If you choose the code for Xbox you can simply sign in to https://redeem.microsoft.com, make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account where your Epic Games account is linked to.

    Or you can redeem it on the Xbox itself by following the steps below:

    "Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Store.

    Press the View button to open the side menu, and then select Redeem.

    Enter the 25-character code, select Next, and then follow the prompts."

    If the code is for Xbox, then there is no way to redeem on anything else except either the Xbox One, Microsoft redeem code website or the Microsoft store. You would also need an Xbox to play fortnite on, so you could get the Spider Knight Bundle for your
    fortnite account.

    Fortnite DLC codes redeemed through Xbox are for Xbox consoles only. You need to load Fortnite on an Xbox console for the content to be redeemed to your Fortnite account. You can do this with a physical console or Xbox Cloud Gaming: Xbox.com/play
