Phone Support for help getting access to your account.

Some of the information that will be handy for that is:

• Your Microsoft account associated with your gamertag
• An alternate email that needs to be different than the one associated with your Microsoft account
  
• Your Console ID and serial number

I cant recover it because i dont have enough information on my account, thats why i need to contact directly to microsoft to send my proof

Its not a problem with my minecraft. Its a problem with my microsoft account. I cant reset or recover my password because i dont have access to the fecovery phone number
