I’ve tried all of this and it still won’t let me in. I keep getting the same email back starting with “unfortunately”. Are there any other ways because I’m desperate? It’s really irritating that Microsoft takes it this serious. I mean come on. It’s my account and the home profile on my Xbox. Isn’t that all I should need. I need a link to a refund for everything I’ve purchased. I even put my card info into the forum and it doesn’t seem to think it’s right when In reality it is.

I’ve tried recovering my damn account for months… everyday. I have no more options. Every helper on the phone tells me the same thing. I do the forums to recover my account and it always sends me a email back instantly saying, “We recently received a request to recover your Microsoft account (my old email) Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership. Microsoft takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously, and our commitment to protecting your personal information requires that we take the utmost care in ensuring that you are the account owner.”

I’m done with this ****… they need to make a real solution.
