I can't recover an e-mail account

Hello, i can't recover an email account unfortunatly this email account is the account i used for my Minecraft account. With the migration of servers from Java to Windows they ask a validation code sent to this email. I cant change the email (it ask for a validation code too). I'm not into buying a minecraft account again. Do you have any solution to that.

Yes, that information can't be shared.

Now, you can try checking your e-mail inboxes for any mail regarding Microsoft and Minecraft.

Whithout knowing which e-mail you used, you can't try to recover the account.

The first thing you always ned to do is recovering your Information that was/is associated with your Xbox Live Profile.

Here're the steps posted what and how you can do it.

Like you said, that old e-mail adress that you used for that other Account is inactive.

I don't know if that e-mail adress is been cancelled or if you remember the log-in Information.

If the e-mail adress is not been cencelled yet, I suggest you contact the provider to recover your information.

If that e-mail adress was cancelled I'm pritty sure you can't recover that e-mail adress, but you're able to switch e-mail adressed between Xbox Live Profiles.

Please follow the steps that are been described in
this guide to switch e-mail adressed between Xbox Live Profiles.

Select the option: Can I switch my Gamertag to a different Microsoft Account?

Are you trying to sign into the account directly instead of trying to enter the new e-mail and password and recovering it again?

I had to do that when I changed my e-mail.

When I click the 'https://account.live.com/acsr ' link and try to recover my account, It first asks me to put the account I am trying to recover. Unfortunately when I put the email in '*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***' it says that the account DOES NOT EXIST. I already spoke about this in my forum post and can't really do anything about it.
