I can't (re) install Sea of Thieves. I keep getting error 0x80070005

I had Sea of Thieves installed before, but a few months ago a update was released and gave me the error 0x80070005. So I decided to remove the game and re-install the game. I haven't been able to install/download Sea of Thieves since because I keep getting that error. I have no issue installing any other games.

I have tried a bunch of troubleshooting steps already, like:

1) Sign out and Sign in again on Microsoft Store. Make sure date and time/Zone is correct

2) Run Windows Store Troubleshooter

3) Clear store cache Using wsreset command

4) Update Windows 10

5) Update Apps

6) Reset Store app

7) Restart Windows Update, Microsoft Store Install and background intelligence service

8) Run these commands for network related error while installing game ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew netsh winsock reset netsh int ip reset

9) Run Powershell command to re-register store Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name Microsoft.WindowsStore | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml" -Verbose}

10) Uninstall & Reinstall Store Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Remove-AppxPackage Reboot your computer Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

11) Run DISM Command sfc /scannow Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

12) Run inetcpl.cpl command In Advanced Tab Check Use TLS 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 13) Update Windows 10 using Media Creation Tool

You have done almost everything I would have suggested. You might have to make a new installation of windows but by keeping all your personal files.

Once you have installed windows again you'll need to update all the available windows updates and then update all the Xbox associated apps needed to start and download games.

You'll have to download the new Xbox PC app from the store directly.

Once you have done this you will be able to download the game successfully.

Update: Gaming services is finally installed after hours. Still an error when trying to download a big game (Sea of Thieves is the one I am trying to download). But now it gives another error code: 0x80070005. This is very annoying, trying to get this
fixed for days now.

Would you please install the game using the Windows Store, as sometimes this helps when a specific title might be giving you problems installing? Go into the Windows Store and search for Sea of Thieves and install.

Also the problem with the game not installing is only for sea of thieves but for other games they get installed but when I launch them it pops up with the error code 0x803f8001 while for sea of thieves it pops up when I try to install the game.

I have C: drive and two more ssd discs and one hdd. I was trying on both ssd discs and it's not working. But it's working on hdd disc. I wasn't trying on C: drive.

I can't (re) install Sea of Thieves. I keep getting error 0x80070005
