I can't raise a service request for my faulty Xbox controller. Please help.

For quite a while now the right trigger on my Xbox series X controller has been sticking and it also randomly turns itself off. Unfortunately I owned a Series 1 Elite controller so have plenty of experience in returning them as they were awful build quality. I've attempted to create a service request for my current controller 10+ times now but all I get is;

I have cleared my cookies numerous times, tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox, used my phone and iPad but every time I get to the payment and review and get the same message.

I've attempted to contact Microsoft but what ever options I select gets "call back and live chat aren't available for that" or words to the effect.

I'm hoping someone from Microsoft will read this and respond with a solution as I have typed my serial number in so many times now that I am thinking about naming my next child after it.

I too had to go through the chat thingy today, but as @bertbeanSOS says, you get to fill in a form. But at least I have a support case logged now, I've been trying for weeks now, very frustrating!

Sorry to hear it. If you're unable to set up a repair then log in to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and start a chat. Once you're speaking to an Xbox Gamer ask to be escalated. They may try to send you back to the page or say they're going to release the question. Do not accept this answer and insist on the escalation.

Thanks for your help. I used the link above and started the auto chat thingy. I didn't get to an xbox gamer but did end up filling out a form with all the details of the fault and raised the service request that way.

You should be able to arrange to get your controller serviced through this
support page, If you have any issues raising the service request through this website please use the
contact us option and when requested select either the option to Chat with Xbox Support or Request a phone call from support and they should be able to help with raising the service request.
