I can't purchass game pass when I put in my billing info it says error on our end try again

Doesn't work. I get this error when I try to cancel or turn off auto-renew:

I have also tried to kill it at my end of the Bill payer but it hasn't appeared on the list just yet.

I'm having the same problem since December the 18th still no closer to a result I've played Xbox for many years now this can't even go online with my mates says my games pass ultimate subscription is active but can't use it can't cancel it cause says it's active can't renew it without it's saying we can't extend your subscription for 24 hours it's been 15 day still nothing can't get hold of anyone when I try get callback says error there end try again

so now I am out the $36.00 I paid for the code and have to find the receipt for when I bought it .I am not happy that I was put through this Microsoft . I can't sign up for game pass on xbox either the same thing happens .Sorry something happened on our
end. waiting a but might help . So even when I pay in advance I still can't get game pass. I am also having some error messages when I try to load previous games I purchased on xbox .I had to delete some games to make space for a new one today and I couldn't
access games previously installed to delete them because xbox no longer recognized them as being installed even though they were taking up existing space.
