I can’t preorder Sonic Frontiers

Whenever I try to preorder Sonic Frontiers, it always gives me the same error message. This seems to happen only with this game, as I bought Elden Ring (which is more expensive) and I had no problem and my bank confirmed that my card is working fine. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue?

Where are you located physically? (Country)
Also, Does your payment method (where the card s issued) match the region established on your xbox console?
If yes, can you try pre-ordering the game via Xbox.com to see if the issue persists?

Or if you can use a different payment method, please try it

when i put the disc it says it's dirty but the disc is new Sonic Frontiere in my Xbox one

Yes, because if the saved game are still on our Xbox console it will just automatically sync.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. "
