Hi ihave a problem i bought the subcription for xbox game pass ultimet but i cant acses tthe games tahat com with it in the setings it show that its activ what to do

You should be able to play while the other account is offline. I have two xbox's. My account has game pass ultimate. It is set to my daughters xbox as its home xbox. My daughter is freely able to download and play games from GamePass while I'm both completely
offline, and also when I'm logged onto the other xbox that isnt my home xbox.

I would suggest trying a full power cycle and trying to play the game again

Offline Game Pass games can be played offline providing you have set your console offline beforehand (in the same way that Offline PC Game Pass Games can be played Offline for up to 30 days). However, I will note that this feature has been problematic this year and I have seen reports of it no longer working

im following the steps its telling me and on one of the steps it says reset this xbox but it says it will erase all accounts ,saved games, setings and home xbox associations does this mean i will loose all my saves on games and all of that?

Okay so, i fixed the problem where my xbox completely wouldnt work. I still have problems with games taking too long to start and the error code with it, but when i do get it to work, its like it doesnt fully connect me to the game. When i okay brawlhalla
i noticed that sometimes it put me offline in game, and when i play rogue company i cant load into games at all. Also trying to play 2k i just completely black screen. Maybe i have a connectivity problem? Any ideas or suggestions?
