I can't play with my friend

friend and I want to connect with Xbox. I use a mobile phone, he uses a computer, all bedrock version. But he ca n’t enter the archive I opened, but I can go in the archive he opened, and I want to ask how to solve it.

This issue is most likely a Mojang issue and you can contact them
here. This could also be because you and your friend are on different versions of Minecraft. You can check the mobile version on the app/play store in the app description. On the Windows 10 version you can change what version of Minecraft you're on. From
the Launcher window, select "Edit Profile" and open the version drop-down selection.

Did you get a code or buy it from Microsoft? If you have a code you will have to go to the store and apply the code.

You are required to be sure the version purchased was for PC , My next step in advice will be to contact xbox directly by phone for further assistance.

pedro, this could be due to the way your network configuration is currently set-up and I would like to have you verify the status of your NAT type on your Windows 10 device.

This can be done by following these simple steps:

1. Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the
   Windows icon in the lower-left corner of the main screen.
2. Select Settings > Gaming, and then select
   Xbox Networking.
3. Under Xbox Live Multiplayer, check the NAT type.
