I can't play the game I purchased early because of gamepass

May I ask what is the game edition that you purchased? Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and let me know the complete name of the game edition that you purchased.

But I bought Starfield at GameStop but also purchased the premium early access on Xbox live (I do not have gamepass). Will I still have early access digitally without the base game purchased digitally?

Hello ive forza Horizon 5 via gamepass ultimate and i purchased the premium add on bundle to habe eaely access. Now when i launch the game it says iam too early. So i cant use my early acccess on the game (main reason why i purchased the premium add on bundle). So can i get a refund of the premium add on bundle because the game wont start. Iam dissapointed right now.

I do believe that your save file will remain and you can leave the game installed but when you choose to start playing the game, you will be prompted for either a disc or asked to purchase the game from the store because there is no membership linked to
your account.

In the early days of GamePass, I used to come and go from the service but kept Sea of Thieves installed on my system. Couldn’t play it without subscription, but it was there when I reactiviated it.

I cant play the games but it also says I don't have gamepass or ea play, when I know for a fact my friend has gamepass, when I click to look through the gamepass games it prompts me to buy the gamepass when I shouldn't have to buy it because the friend I'm game sharing with has it.
