I can't play Skyrim for almost a week. It started crashing after I downloaded some mods.

Btw Kathy I'm going to add onto this that the game itself needs to be reinstalled possibly due to the mods messing up the game folders. also check for conflicting mods and I recommend never going above a certain amount of mods due to the more you download the more unstable it tends to get.

Complete given below directions to reset the app in Windows

Step 1: Open the Settings app. This can be done by clicking its icon in the Start menu or simultaneously pressing Windows logo + I.

Step 2: Click the Apps category icon and then click Apps & features to see all installed apps as well as classic desktop programs.

Step 3: Click on the app that you want to reset to see the Advanced options link. Click on the same (advanced options link).

Step 4: Finally, click the small Reset button. When you click the Reset button, you will find a small dialog box with “This will permanently delete the app’s data on this device, including your preferences and sign-in details.” Click the Reset button in the opened dialog box to reset the app.

Step 5: Once the Reset is done, you will see a check sign next to the Reset button. And restart the Pc

It didn`t work either
I've removed all the mods subscribed.

It also happens in the Xbox App (I'm a Microsoft Insider).

Is there a way to 'reinstall' a game inside the Xbox Cloud Gaming? If not, is there a way to transfer my GamePass subscription to another microsoft account?

However, this concern of yours is Cloud gaming (xbox.com/play) which is on Beta testing. I truly believe you know more about being an Xbox/Windows Insider. If troubleshooting or merely mirroring issue (as normal user) will not lead you to resolution or cause of the issue, you need to reach out to the Windows developer or Team Xbox and raise a feedback. Being a beta user also matters and in the same way you need to contact the right people for this. I highly recommend you to raise this to the Team Xbox and game developer. Thus, you might be asked to test other cloud games and download Mods to compare if same issue happens similar to Skyrim (if you will be raising this to Team Xbox). Raising this to the game developer will benefit them too and they might check possibilities why did this issue happened or was this caused by the Mod you download.
