    I can't play resident evil 7 on xbox it says no profile selected


    Im on xbox series and I'm trying to play resident evil 7 and it says NO PROFILE SELECTED YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLAY THE GAME IF YOU DO NOT SELECT A PROFILE and I'll click my profile and the same message comes back so i cant play the game please help me.

    Hey, everyone.

    I wanna share with you what worked for me.

    I tried everything.

    It turns out that if you have a second or even multiple controllers connected (mine was a single-wired second controller in the front USB slot) then this bug will occur.

    Unplugging that controller fixed everything for me, no joke.

    I even plugged it back in and found the same bug occurred each time but so would the solution every time I unplugged it.

    Hope this works for someone because I looked this up for days without an answer until I tried this.
