I can't play or update my games 0x803f8001 error

First, make sure that your subscription is up to date. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services, make sure that the renewal or expiration date is correct.

Once confirmed, please follow the steps below:

"1. Search and launch "Windows PowerShell"

2. Right-click and "Run as administrator".

3. Type this command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

4. After that, enter this command and press enter again.

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

5. Install the Gaming Services.

6. Restart your PC."

I have a similar issue. I can download the launcher but it won't update. When I try to download the windows version of the game it gives me an error code 0x803F8001.

The game has fully launched but is not giving access to play.
