I can’t play or download any games that I’ve purchased through the store. What can I do to...

Hello Cristopher, I am on PC and I’ve bought Forza Horizon 5 from the Microsoft Store. I am not having this problem with other games, but Forza is the only game that I’ve purchased through Microsoft so I can’t really test it on any other games. Thanks.

So what does that mean ? I’ve purchased it and played it during the trial . I can’t get my money back as I’ve played more then 2 hrs . Is it not compatible as my friend has his working and we purchased the game the same way

I’ve enjoyed every game in the series and I can’t wait to see the what’s in store now

Doesn’t seem like its been fixed. I’ve been having this same issue this whole week. Last night I though I was closer as one of the games downloaded to 99% but as usual, it went back to 0%. I’ve tried every step on those list on support instructed to do.
But nothing. Tonight I can’t even get the game to download past 5% as I get the “can’t download” message. This is frustrating as these are games that I purchased.

I’ve been trying for a few days now still can’t install it the game downloads in store or Xbox app I run it (even as administrator) and it goes through credits and logos .. crashes with no error at a lovely photo with a yellow plane in a field.
