I can't play online on my Xbox One, but I'll have to type out a longer story.

So I just got a new ADSL and it was fine for a few days, I played Halo 5 online.

This morning for some reason I couldn't play online. I know it isn't because I ran out of Gold because I just started a new subscription.

The NAT says it is unavailable but the Xbox One can connect to the internet and it says all services are available and if I try to test the NAT or multiplayer connection it gives me a Teredo error.

I also can't log into Xbox Live on my 360 either.

Also my computer says the NAT type: Teredo unable to quality and the server connectivity is blocked.

I have tried many solutions, gone through almost all of the forums and Microsoft help pages and options.

I've tried restarting my Xbox One, unplugging and restarting the modem, reconnecting the internet many times.

I've also tried to enable the UPnP but it ways already enabled.

I haven't tried resetting my Xbox because I do not have an external hard drive and don't want to loose my saves and data.

The ADSL modem is a Telstra Smart Modem Gen 2.

Also my area only just got NBN.

If anyone has any ideas, I'd be glad to hear them.

I couldn't quiet figure that one out.

I've been to my router console a few times but couldn't find the filter settings.

It was on the Telstra modem page.

have you already tried to disable the Teredo Filter in your router settings?

I'll get the Story & Co-op Achievements done, no doubt.

If the MP isn't unbalanced i'm sure i'll have fun on that.

I can't wait to get this going, especially playing online with friends.
