I can't play online (I use game pass)

I'm a subscriber for Game Pass, first i was having issues with Sea of Thieves, at the moment, i tought it was a isolated error, but i also can't play online at Forza Horizon 4.

I have already tried a lot of solutions, like opening ports, i thought the "Moderated" status in my NAT could be the causer, but my friend have the same status and can play online normally.

I will be avaiable for any information needed, hope someone can help me.

PS: Sorry for my bad english, im brazilian.

My internet is working fine, i have already tried to change my NAT status, i opened the ports in the router configurations, but nothing changes and the status is still Moderated.

Hi, Lucas, remember that Xbox Game Pass on PC is still on Beta Phase, it could present some errors aside this one.

Try checking with your internet provider if it's a network problem, also, try to get your NAT status to open to find a server much easily.

I got the "Open" status on my NAT, but i still can't play online.

Do you get error messages on PC when you try to play online? What exactly is preventing you from playing online?

And no, on the PC you do not need a Gold membership to play online.
