I can't play online forza 5

I try playing forza horizon 5 online but it doesn't work I got a subscription and it worked these couple days but since yesterday it hasn't been working when I try playing online it says connect to horizon life but even though I'm connected it doesn't work and my internet is fine and I set my house to default still didn't work also I can't buy anything from the auction house and I can't use community tunes and livery and I was able to join a convoy but when I joined it said I was online here I thought I solved it but no it said online but there was no one but me in the map no online players nothing and the convoy I joined had players but it still didn't work can I please get a solution

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

Please try to test connecting your console to another network and check if the same problem occurs, you could configure your smartphone as a Mobile Hotspot and connect your console to that network.

Hello no i play on pc and tried everything.

same thing for me. even went as far as redownloading the game and still nothing. i have never seen another person in free roam to this day nor do i have access to online
