I can't play nba2k24 it says you must be online

It's a promotional code for borderlands 2. Try to enter a "shift code" it says "To redeem Gearbox Software, you must be connected to Xbox LIVE and have online privileges." No error code. Then I tried other games and I can't play their DLC as well.

You can't change your age. It's not an option. You must be 13 years or older to play EA games online.
