I can't play my Xbox 360 games on my Xbox Series X

So I can't even play the game on my Xbox series X controller without the guitar also I can't play the disc version on my Xbox series X

I have the same problem, I can't connect to Xbox Live on the Xbox 360 games (on my xbox serie x) since few days 🤔 I precise I don't have any problem on the Xbox serie X games, I have that only on the Xbox 360 games.

My internet is perfect too (I live in Belgium)

Well if the xbox series x can't handle it I might switch systems maybe xbox themselves can update the series x to support it all I know is that its purpose hasn't been served if the purpose was disappointment then yes it has but I suggest making the quality of the xbox console better I can still play demos on my xbox 360 even now so maybe make the xbox series x just as good a demo should be able to work on such a powerful system if it doesn't work then isn't that just a sign of what's to come ? If you want more people to buy a xbox maybe make it better then the xbox 360 games and all like I said I can still play demos on my xbox 360 so this shouldn't be a problem like 20 years later .. please make it work it's like I just wasted my internet gbs for this demo very disappointing that I can't play the game I just spent like 5 days trying to download

Hi, Georges. Neither game mentioned above is listed as an XBox 360 game. I'm currently trying to play on my XBox One-X (my series X is going to have to go in for a warranty claim, as it's turning on, but not currently able to display a picture ).

I believe that I had this happen with Spartan Runner on my Series X as well, and eventually I just gave up.

I bought Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles back then on the Xbox 360. I played them on Xbox One X and even earlier this year on my Xbox Series X, Sonic 3 even supported HDR. However since Sega announced Sonic Origins these games were made unavailable and since then my games don't work on the Series X anymore. They do still work on the Xbox 360. I think this is unacceptable on Sega's part, as I paid for this game and thus should still be able to play it regardless of it not being in the store anymore.
