I can't play my own game

I recently wanted to play assassins creed 4 again after 2 years and it won't let me play it asks me if I own it and I got it back in 2014 with the unity bundle when I delete it it gives me the option to reinstall it

Hey there RealAnzOtaku,

Are you signed into the profile which purchased the game? Are you using a disc copy of the game or is it a digitally purchased copy? What happens when you try to play? Do you see any error messages or error codes?

Hi rossmfh76,

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. I can definitely see that it would be a problem, and a frustrating one, to attempt to clear your local saves, but the options on the Storage area aren't populating. As that section isn't showing
up, here are a couple of troubleshooting steps to try to get that to populate so that you may continue in deleting those local saves:

Try
physically power cycling your console first to see if the section will then populate. If it doesn't, then
Perform a
soft factory reset to the console (leaving the games & apps installed) to clear any potentially corrupting files from the console's OS that may be causing this to happen.

Be sure to know the log in credentials (email address & password) to your profiles on the console as they'll be removed during this reset process. If you have any external devices plugged into the console, be sure to disconnect those as well. Hopefully
this will then allow you to go to Settings > System > Storage and provide the option to clear those local saves.

Give this a try and let us know the results.

Hey, thanks for the advice. I power cycled it. The storage option then appeared, so i tried to clear the storage but i just got the "something went wrong" message again. It was totally unresponsive, so I've unplugged it and given up.
